On Welkers farm map, there is a tree in the middle of one of my fields that I can't cut down. I have tried a chainsaw, one of the forestry machines and a few different mods that basically turns the tree into wood chips.
I can't remember which field it was but I have a screenshot of it I will try to upload in the comments. Any help is appreciated.
Farming Simulator 19 enables the player to cut down every tree found on his land - the money spent on more forest-dense plots can even return to you if you cut down and sell the wood found on them. You can also grow trees and poplars on your field, with poplars being the only source of wood chips. Felling of irregular leafy trees.
Dec 04, Yea, forestry is a mess but it's a nice alternative to farming at least. Aside from the branch/limb-cutting pixel hunt minigame, the only tree I've found to be seriously annoying when dealing with is a particular curved tree (brown tall one behind Ravenport farmhouse--"volume" per FS19\data\maps\trees) branch/limb model that, for some reason, has a longer, invisible collision box.
Dec 11, Hopefully someone can help me. I started on the American map and tried to remove some of the tress from the starting area, got a stump grider and everything, yet buildings still go red when I try to place them over the area the tree used to be.
Can you remove trees for building area, am I just doing something wrong? Oct 01, In FS 17 it lets me using the Scorpion King to cut down any tree and cut it to the sized logs I want while stripping the branches. In FS 15 I'm trying to do the same and every tree is unsuitable for cutting.
Why can we do this in FS 17 and not FS 15? This is the only way to cut trees down faster for making wood chips or for selling logs.
